I felt like i was sucking at art drawing tonight at the Baltimore Dr. Sketchy. But at the last pose  i was kinda happy.

The model Sable Sin Cyr was really awesome and sassy. She has a Shit-shund (dachshund-Shih tzu combo) which is funny cause im not a fan of the shitzu but i really like my guy  baxter

So i posted my other lena sketch, pin-up, moji whatever on the drawing board and kinda got called out on not drawing hands and feet. It was a half fair comment. So i updated with a new one but she looked too sad. Plus i saw some of the pics from the sketchy session and she wasnt wearing blue at all. Lame. So here is an update to an update to an update.

I made this pinup moji based on some figure drawing at Dr. Sketchys Baltimore. This outfit was from the quick poses but was so sassy I wanted to make it a moji.

I think i’ll like them once i get used to the way they apply color.

Dr. Sketchy Baltimore – Lena Grove

Tonight I went to the Baltimore Dr. Sketchy for the first time. Its been soo long since I drew from a model like this.

I got a lot of ass poses, good thing, bad thing hmmm?.

I had a great time. The model was really funny and the guy next to me (Diego) was doing some great ink drawings.

I think I prefer the 5-10 minute poses. I think I still have some freshness and a bit of urgency. On the longer poses i think i get a little stale and over shade things blah.
